This quick stir fry is homey and colourful. You can substitute or add in any ingredients and it’s a dish suitable for busy weekday dinner. I particularly love the fragrance of celery because it is very low in calories and contains high fiber.

Ingredients:
4 stalks celery
5 crab sticks( imitation crab), cut into half
1 pack enoki mushrooms
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
½ tsp ginger chopped
How?
Remove the strings in celery stalks, cut into thick slices diagonally.
Heat up a wok with olive oil, sauté ginger until fragrant.
Add celery, crab sticks and stir fry for 2 minutes
Stir in the sauce and cook to your preferred consistency. Serve hot.
