This is a warm, flavourful and packed with anti-inflammatory one pot dishes for busy weekday dinner that can be ready in 30 minutes. The chicken comes out perfectly tender and juicy with 5 main ingredients, chicken, turmeric, carrot, onion and ginger.
Ingredients:
4 Drumsticks
1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
1 Onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cup Water
Cilantro for garnish
To prepare:
Heat a pan with olive oil, add ginger, garlic, turmeric powder and onion sauté until fragrant.
Add water, drumstick and carrot and simmer for 15 minutes
Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
