Ingredients:
Bread flour 250g
Sugar 17g
Salt 4g
Yeast 3g
Full cream milk 135g
Butter 10g
Cream filling
Cream cheese 100g
Whipping cream 100g
Sugar 18g
Garlic Topping
Minced Garlic 10g
Scallion 10g
Premium Garlic Infused extra red palm oil 40g
Salt 1g
Sugar 10g
Whipping cream 40g
Instructions:
Knead all Bread ingredients into a mixer or bread machine until window panel stage. Let it rise for 1 hours.
Mix the cream ingredients with the mixer until smooth then keep it in a piping bag then refrigerate.
After dough rises up, cut into 4 equal pieces, then shape into round, and let cover to proof for another 20 mins.
For Garlic topping, heat up a wok with Garlic Infused Extra Red Palm oil, saute garlic until fragrant then add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Preheat the oven 170°c and bake bread for 20mins. Egg wash (optional)
Remove bread from the oven and let it cool on the rack completely.
Slice the cooled bun into 8 pieces, make sure that the knife does not go all the way down.
Fill the buns with softened cream cheese filling.
Soak each bun with garlic butter topping.
Bake it in a preheated oven 170°c for 15 mins then serve warm.
