Scrambled Egg with Crab Meat Recipe


This is a fancy yet easy breakfast to treat yourself on weekends or impress others on special occasions. It’s soft, beautiful and doesn’t take much more time to prepare than a normal scrambled egg. Serve it with a toast and a cup of coffee for a filling and amazing breakfast.

 

Prepare time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1/3 cup Imitation crab meat, sliced 

¼ cup Full cream milk

Olive oil 

Salt & pepper to taste

 

To prepare:

  1. Crack 4 eggs into a large bowl, add milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all until fully combined. 

  2. Heat a nonstick pan with olive oil, add crab meat and sauté for 1 minutes to remove extra moisture.

  3. Spread the crab meat evenly and pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Lower the heat to low medium and wait for a few seconds to let the eggs set around the edges, 

  4. Once you see the eggs start to set around the edges, use spatula to pull the outer edges towards the center. Keep doing that to gather the egg curds in the center of your pan. Repeat until the egg is around 80% done or to your liking and avoid overcooking.

  5. Serve immediately.
