Ingredients:
7 medium Squid (Calamari)
1 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
2 bird eyes chili, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Shallot, minced
1 handful of fresh Thai basil leaves
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
Half a lime, optional
Salt & pepper to taste
To prepare:
Heat the wok over medium heat with olive oil, sauté garlic, bird eyes chili and shallot until fragrant.
Add red pepper and squid (calamari), stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with lime juice and serve immediately.
