This is a one-pot comforting and hearty Classic Tomato Beef Noodle Soup Recipe, made with beef, vegetables, and seasoning. Perfect for cold rainy days!
Ingredients
600g beef brisket
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp ginger slice
½ tbsp onion
1 handful scallion
10 peppercorn
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp shaoxing wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cinnamon
1 tbsp chilli bean sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp salt
1 tbsp chicken stock
1-star anise
2 cups of water
Steps:
Heat up a wok with oil, stir fry onion, dry chilli, cinnamon, bay leaf, star anise, ginger, garlic and beef brisket until fragrant and turn color.
Add all ingredients, water and simmer for 2 hours.
Season with salt and serve with noodles or rice
