Classic Tomato Beef Noodle Soup Recipe


This is a one-pot comforting and hearty Classic Tomato Beef Noodle Soup Recipe, made with beef, vegetables, and seasoning. Perfect for cold rainy days!


Ingredients 

600g beef brisket

2 tomato, chopped 

1 carrot, chopped

1 tbsp Garlic

1 tbsp ginger slice 

½ tbsp onion

1 handful scallion

10 peppercorn 

6 dry chillies

1 bay leaf

2 tbsp shaoxing wine 

2 tbsp soy sauce 

1 cinnamon

1 tbsp chilli bean sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce 

½ tbsp salt 

1 tbsp chicken stock 

1-star anise 

2 cups of water 


Steps: 

  1. Heat up a wok with oil, stir fry onion, dry chilli, cinnamon, bay leaf, star anise, ginger, garlic and beef brisket until fragrant and turn color. 

  2. Add all ingredients, water and simmer for 2 hours. 

  3. Season with salt and serve with noodles or rice
