These are the basic ingredients I’m using for a quick pasta. The result is always a Flavorful, refreshing and delicious meal. 🤩Moreover, it’s healthy, easy and freestyle, which means you can substitute with anything in your fridge. Paired with iced americano 🥤

Serving: 2 pax

Ingredients 

1 pack Clams

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1 red shallot, minced 

1/2 cup broccoli 

1/2 cup red pepper 

1 potato, cubed 

1 tbsp cooking wine 

Any Pasta 

Salt & pepper to taste


Directions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package and broccoli. Drained and set aside. 

  2. Heat up a skillet with olive oil on medium heat, saute garlic, shallot, potatoes and clam until fragrant then add red pepper, broccoli & pasta with 1/2 cup pasta water. 

  3. Simmer for 2 minutes then season with salt & pepper, serve immediately.
