Ingredients
1 pack Clams
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup red pepper
1 tbsp cooking wine
Any Pasta
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to the package and broccoli. Drained and set aside.
Heat up a skillet with olive oil on medium heat, saute garlic, shallot, potatoes and clam until fragrant then add red pepper, broccoli & pasta with 1/2 cup pasta water.
Simmer for 2 minutes then season with salt & pepper, serve immediately.
