
I’m so excited to shout that this is the best Fluffy Souffle Pancake Recipe I EVER made! I’m obsessed with the puff up cross line and giggly giant round shape pancakes, top with premium salted butter and honey.
You don’t need to worry about the shape of the pancakes and it will rise up perfectly in a mould but need to eat it immediately as it will deflate quite soon!
Ingredient A
2 egg yolk
30g Milk
10g honey
35g cake flour
Ingredients B
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
30g sugar
Steps:
Mix ingredients A until fully combined.
In a mixture, add lemon juice and mix egg white until big bubbles, add sugar slowly until peak form meringues.
Mix both slowly until fully combined.
Bake in a preheated oven, 170c around 18mins or until golden brown.
Top with honey & salted butter, serve immediately.
