This is my favourite healthy Turmeric Fish Recipe as turmeric possesses an active ingredient called curculio, which is a strong antioxidant and Anita-inflammation, helping in fighting pathogens.
Ingredients
Salt & pepper to taste
Steps:
Marinate fish with turmeric powder, salt & pepper for 5 minutes
Heat up a wok with cooking oil, fry. Fish for about 5mins or until the surface turns golden brown using medium heat.
Remove fish from wok & drain the remaining oil before serving with jasmine rice, hard-boiled egg & salad.
