Ingredients:
1 Kampung chicken/chicken drumsticks, chopped
1 1/2 cups water
2 slice ginger, optional
1/2 Napa Cabbage
1 carrot chopped
Steps:
1. Blanch chicken in a pot of boiling water for 2-3 mins.
2. Rinse the herbal ingredients under water to remove dirt.
3. Add water, herbal package and chicken into the clay pot and simmer for 1 hour.
4. Season with salt, Serve with rice.
