Delicious black pepper sauce goes well with chicken, pork, beef and lamb chop.
This recipe makes about 600g of black pepper sauce
Ingredients
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 garlic, chopped
2 shallot, chopped
2 tbsp black peppercorn
3 tbsp plain flour
400-500ml chicken stock
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp thick soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp cooking cream/butter
Direction
Crushed fresh peppercorns for better flavour
Heat a wok with olive oil, add shallot, garlic, black pepper and butter, sauté till fragrant.
Add chicken stock, salt, sugar, thick soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce to taste and bring to boil
Add cooking cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
Black Pepper Pork chop ready to serve or keep in a clean airtight container. It can last for 1 week in the refrigerator and 1-2 months in the freezer.
