1-2 pieces bird’s nest
10 slices American Ginseng
3 tbsp rock sugar to taste
2 bowl hot water
Steps:
Soak bird’s nest pieces in cold water overnight, until softened. Pluck out any feathers or debris. Rinse and drain through a fine sieve to catch any small bits of the bird’s nest.
Add soaked bird’s nest, hot water, and ginseng slices in an inner stewing pot.
Double boil bird nest for 2 hours. Season with rock sugar to taste.
