Healthy Egg and Avocado Sandwich Recipe 🥪  This is a non-Mayo, made with hard-boiled eggs Sunday big breakfast in 10 minutes or less. Layer with whole wheat bread, thick creamy avocado, savoury hard-boiled eggs and cheese. So satisfying and yummy 😋.

Ingredients 

1 avocado ripe

1 egg 

2 whole-wheat bread 

1 cheese slice 

Salt and pepper to taste 


Steps: 

  1. Toast whole wheat bread until crispy 

  2. Smash avocado and egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  3. Assemble the sandwich with avocado egg mixture, top with cheese and slice into half
