Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tsp salted butter
1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Spread butter on thick toast
Squeeze low-fat mayonnaise in a circle shape. Crack an egg in the middle. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 4 minutes or until golden crisp.
