Simple yet fancy feeling breakfast can be ready in 5 minutes with an easy twist using normal ingredients in your kitchen. The juicy running egg cooked in the centre of a crunchy thick toast or wholemeal bread is perfect for the whole family to enjoy.

Ingredients 

2 eggs

2 thick toast 

1 tsp salted butter 

1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise 

Salt and pepper to taste 



Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.

  2. Spread butter on thick toast

  3. Squeeze low-fat mayonnaise in a circle shape. Crack an egg in the middle. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Bake for 4 minutes or until golden crisp.
