Mushroom Leek Pie Recipe

Ingredients 

2 cloves garlic minced

3 cup shiitake mushroom

2 cup leek chopped

1 cup heavy cream 

1 cup water or chicken stock 

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper to taste 

1 tbsp butter 

1 tbsp olive oil

1 pie crust 


Instructions 

1. Heat up the wok with olive oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Add mushroom and leek gently and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. 

2. Turn the heat up and pour chicken stock and water, season with salt & pepper to taste. Simmer until the leeks are soft. 

3. Add Parmesan cheese and butter until melted. set aside until cool.

4. Wrap the filling to pie crust accordingly.

5. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven 180c and serve immediately.
