Healthy Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Ingredients 

500g pumpkin, cubed & deskin 

20g milk 

10g cream 

salt and black pepper to taste 


  1. Add pumpkin, milk and salt in a high-speed food blender, set soy-milk setting and wait for 30minutes. 

  2.  Pour the mixture into a deep plate and add cream on top of the pumpkin soup, season with black pepper according to taste and serve with toast.
