Avocado Tuna Sandwich Recipe ✨🥪 Non-Mayo!
Do you love sandwiches?
So excited to have this breakfast on Friday morning and it’s really easy to make using canned tuna in olive oil. Canned Tuna is a great way of making a good meal! full of protein and nutrients. 👍 I usually keep some at home as it is versatile!
I’m making a simple version of the sandwich using egg, avocado, bean sprout and bread toast! You can add chopped onion, lime or lemon juice as well for better taste!

Ingredients
Serving 2 pax
1 can of flaked light tuna, drained
1 large ripe avocado
2 egg
½ cup bean sprouts
4 slices of white sandwich bread
salt and pepper, to taste
Steps:
Preheat the oven to 160c and toast the bread for 5 min or until golden crispy.
Sliced avocado into half and slice gently into pieces
Crack and beat up egg. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute.
Assemble the sandwich with toasted bread, tuna, egg, avocado, bean sprouts, salt and pepper.
Serve immediately
