Chinese Egg Noodles Recipe

This speedy Chinese Egg Noodles Recipe is creamy, flavourful and can be ready in 10mins. 


Ingredients 

Noodle(any noodle in your kitchen or get some from Amazon.com

Pork ball 

Cucumber sliced 

1/2 Salted egg 

1 egg 

Scallion


Sauce 

1/2 tsp shallot oil

2tbsp soy sauce 

1/2tbsp oyster sauce

1/2 tbsp black vinegar 


  


Steps

1. Cook noodles according to packaging 

2. Mix the sauce well

3. Heat a wok with oil and stir fry the egg and salted egg. Then add the sauce and mix the noodles. Top with scallion.

4. Serve immediately
