I’m going to share a secret with you’ll... I didn’t like lamb! However, I had changed my mind after the first bite! Sometimes you need to keep trying until you find the right one!
Ingredients
1 rack of lamb, 8-9 ribs
¼ cup olive oil
6-8 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp dry thyme
4 tbsp salt
2 tbsp black pepper (highly recommend McCormick black pepper, you may get it from Amazon.com)
Steps
Combine all ingredients and marinade over room temperature lamb rack for 30 mins in room temperature or fridge.
Preheat the oven to 200c.
Heat up a pan with olive oil, place the lamb fat side up under medium-high heat. Pan fry until golden brown for all sides.
Then put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Slice and serve it immediately.
