Ingredients
2-star anise
2 firm tofu
3 slice ginger
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper,麻椒
8 hard-boiled egg
8 beancurd puff
3 cups water
Steps
Mix All ingredients in a pot and cook for about 30 mins. Soak overnight for better taste.
